Advertisers and marketers from across the globe recently convened in the south of France to discuss the latest industry technologies and how brands are creating unique experiences for consumers. Unrelated to the infamous French Riviera film festival, the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity provides a forum for the world's most influential brands to network, forge partnerships, and strategize for the future.
Between walking the beautiful beaches and enjoying contemporary French cuisine to spotting celebrities and networking on yachts, Yext participated in several events alongside global agencies, leading tech companies, and prominent brands.
Yext Chief Customer Officer, Wendi Sturgis, moderated a Brand Innovators' panel with Nestle's Global Head of Digital & Social Media, Pete Blackshaw, Zenith's EVP and Head of Innovation, Tom Goodwin, and Isobar Canada's CEO, Jeff Greenspoon. Together, the group discussed the mobile, millennial consumer and the innovative marketing tactics their respective brands employ to reach this group during key moments of intent.

Wendi also sat down with Tim Ringel from Yext Agency Partner Reprise to examine how technology is helping marketers unleash their creativity to reach consumers. The two touched upon the rise of voice search and how intelligent devices like Siri and Alexa are impacting the customer journey.
