With the rise of machine learning and cloud computing to fuel innovation, natural language conversations with AI have become an everyday reality. Amazon's Chief Evangelist for Alexa and Echo, Dave Isbitski, joined us at ONWARD to cover the advances in spoken language and shared thoughts around what it means to build next generation user experiences — with only one's voice.

Isbitski spoke about how just hearing the word 'Alexa' carries a different meaning because one expects to hear her respond. He also touched upon the the age of 'touch' and how with voice-enabled devices this may no longer be the primary UI as we move towards the Intelligent Future.

"Every time you interact with technology, it's like meeting all over again," Isbitski said. "That's what's changing."
