We're looking forward to welcoming you to the team. You'll have an opportunity to meet us during your first week, but we thought you might like to know what you're getting into!

Step Into Our Office

Yext has 6 offices in major cities around the world — from our HQ in New York City to those in Greater Washington DC, Hyderabad, London, Paris, and more! The spaces are modern and vibrant, with open layouts encouraging face-to-face collaboration and spontaneous interaction among our employees. Amenities vary per location, but a few employee favorites include outdoor terraces, fitness centers, and kitchens with all the bottomless snacks, coffee, sparkling water, and kombucha one's heart desires.

Upward Mobility

Even though you haven't started yet, it's never too early to start thinking about how you can one day advance your career at Yext. And if you didn't know, we're all about giving you tons of chances to explore and grow within the company. Guess what? Over 20% of our hires in 2022 were all about seizing those internal opportunities! Plus, we've spiced things up with our new and improved internal mobility program, Upward. This year, we also rolled out a cool new Employee Learning Hub called Docebo, which has endless on-demand eLearning content to further your professional development.

FAQs

You can check out what onboarding tasks you have due on your New Hire Dashboard page in Workday. You can get to your Dashboard by going to your Workday homepage > Announcements > Onboarding (the blue button)

New to Workday? Check out this Workday guide for help, or contact onboarding@yext.com for additional questions.

When you're ready to begin your tasks, click on the Announcement titled "Enter New Hire Onboarding." This dashboard is where your onboarding to-dos will live, along with a few other helpful resources like a new hire checklist, our benefits booklet, and a Workday user guide, amongst several others.

  • To ensure you receive your laptop on time, complete the onboarding task detailing where you'd like to start on your first day.

  • Remote First Day: Your laptop will ship out the Wednesday before your first day.

  • In-Person First Day: You will pick up your laptop from IT on your first day in the office.

You will receive IT instructions with this information the Friday before your first day. If you are having any trouble, you can email IT at yext-itteam@yext.com.

Be on the lookout for an email from HR Ops the week before you start with instructions on coming into a Yext office. For any other questions about your first day, please email onboarding@yext.com.

You can update your shipping address in Workday by going to "Personal Information" > "Change Contact Information."

  • Note: IT will ship laptops the Wednesday before your first day, so any updates should be in by then.

Of course! We will mail your Yext swag kit to the shipping address indicated in your Workday profile.
