Knowledge Assistant

The Knowledge Assistant messaging interface allows users to interact with the Yext platform straight from their phones. It can be accessed through Facebook Messenger and SMS. Use it to view and update entities, upload images, respond to reviews, fetch analytics, ask field users for content, and more.

Knowledge Nudges

Administrators can utilize Knowledge Nudges to collect the information they need from any user through a one-time collection or recurring reminders for stale data. For example, if you choose to have field users update their holiday hours, it is easy to send a friendly reminder to make the changes right on their phone.

Custom Branding

The Knowledge Assistant allows administrators to customize the Support Email and Login URL. Partners have the ability to have users reach out to a separate support team with questions, like your brand's support team or one of Yext's Concierge Services teams.

Review Response

Your users have busy schedules and are not always sitting behind a computer. Responding to reviews and questions in a timely manner goes a long way toward satisfying customers, and the Knowledge Assistant makes it as easy as sending a text.

Access Controls

Stay in control of your data while empowering your users with access controls. Allow users full account approval, edit-only, view-only, and asset-only permissions. Permissions can be set based on folders and entities. This is the same functionality that is available in the rest of the platform.
