With this new feature in Yext Analytics, you decide what customer action constitutes a conversion — whether that's placing an order, booking an appointment, or clicking for driving directions. The flexibility of Conversion Tracking lets you tie real transactional dollars to each conversion, so you can understand how much of your brand's revenue is truly generated from your clicks.

  • Comparison Analytics: Compare data across different time periods with Comparison Analytics. Our displayed graphs provide a visually coherent way to compare business metrics that include Searches, Impressions, and Google Customer Actions.

  • FAQ Pages: With our latest addition to Yext Pages, you can build a variety of different FAQ experiences in Yext by storing questions and answers in your Knowledge Graph. FAQ Pages help influence rich search results, help rank in organic search, and provide a great experience for consumers asking questions in search.
